By accessing the website of Ateliers Voicu International S.R.L. and by registering for our courses, participants confirm that they have read and fully accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. These conditions regulate the relations between the School of Jewellery – GALERIILE  VOICU. and the participants in the courses and reflect our commitment to quality education, protection of personal data and total transparency in all educational processes.

The Jewelry School is dedicated to the professional training of those who want to develop their skills in the field of jewelry, whether they are beginners or already have experience. With over 10 years of experience in this field, we are a team of specialized trainers and professionals in the creation of jewelry and precious stones, who put their passion and expertise at the service of our participants.

Reading and Understanding the Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before accessing the www.galeriilevoicu.ro website or enrolling in one of the courses offered by GALERIILE VOICU. By continuing to browse our website or registering for courses, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to read and understand each clause of these Terms and Conditions. In particular, we recommend that you pay special attention to the sections that refer  to the course withdrawal policy, refund policy, liability for amounts paid, as well as processing and booking fees. These clauses are essential for a good understanding of the rights and obligations arising from your relationship with GALERIILE VOICU.

By accessing this website or registering for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all provisions of this document. You also understand and undertake that in case of withdrawal from the course after the permitted withdrawal period, the fees paid may be withheld by GALERIILE  VOICU, according to the refund policy described in more detail in this section.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Conclusion of a Distance Contract

By accessing the www.galeriilevoicu.ro website and completing the registration process for the courses offered by GALERIILE VOICU, participants confirm that they have read, understood and irrevocably accepted the Terms and Conditions presented, which constitute a distance contract between the parties. Therefore, by completing the registration, the participants consent to the conclusion of this contract, which is governed by the regulations applicable to distance commerce and the legislation in force.

These Terms and Conditions are entirely enforceable against the participant, and by accepting them, the participant undertakes to comply with all the rights and obligations stipulated.  Consequently, please pay close attention to reading and understanding them completely, before accepting them and checking that you have accepted them. If you have any questions, please contact us. Once signed these Terms and Conditions they represent a commitment by you to us, a contract signed remotely. In this context, the distance contract becomes applicable at the time of confirmation of registration, and all its provisions are considered accepted and binding for the parties involved, including before the courts or other competent authorities.

Therefore, before completing the registration process, participants are asked to carefully read and ensure that they fully understand each clause of these Terms and Conditions, in particular those relating to withdrawal from the course, the responsibilities assumed, the amounts withheld as processing and booking fees, as well as any other specific conditions related to the provision of educational services.

The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by enrolling in the courses constitutes an express agreement regarding their content, and they become applicable and enforceable between the GALERIILE  VOICU and the participant, including with regard to the resolution of any disputes that may arise in the course of the contract.


1. Definitions and Terms of Use

  • Jewelry School, hereinafter referred to as GALERIILE  VOICU: trade name ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., a company headquartered in 51C 1 Mai Street, 2nd Floor, 11 Ap., Ilfov, Otopeni, working place: 5 Stockholm Street, Sect. 1, Bucharest, Trade Register registration number: J23/771/07.02.2023, tax code: 47586136, bank account: RO34BTRLRONCRT0668595601, opened at Banca Transilvania – Victoriei branch, legal representative: Voicu – Secarea Alina Gabriela, Email: contact@galeriilevoicu.ro, phone: +0766-795-489, www.galeriilevoicu.ro  – which offers professional training courses in the field of jewellery making, design and working with precious and semi-precious stones.
  • Participants: Individuals or legal entities that register to attend the courses of the Jewelry School GALERIILE  VOICU.
  • Courses: All educational programs offered by the School of Jewelry, which include both theoretical sessions and practical activities in our workshops.
  • Website: The online platform available at www.ateliersvoicu.ro, used to promote courses and manage registrations.

2. Description of Services

GALERIILE  VOICU offers a unique educational experience, adapted to those who want to develop skills in the field of jewelry and precious stones. Whether you are passionate about jewelry design, precious metal processing techniques or stone mounting, we invite you to discover quality training, supported by professionals with extensive experience in the field.

GALERIILE  VOICU aims to bring in front of the participants not only technical knowledge, but also a true culture of craftsmanship and creation. Our courses are designed to combine theory with practice, offering participants not only detailed information, but also the opportunity to put their skills into practice in fully equipped workshops.

Our trainers are certified professionals with years of experience in the field who share their knowledge with passion and dedication. They are the perfect choice for those who want in-depth training, based on international standards and innovative techniques.

Each offer of courses offered, is published online, containing the concrete description and the relevant details. For additional information and other details, as well as for other requests in relation to the publication courses, interested persons can address questions and requests to the contact email address, indicated below.


3. Rights and Obligations of the Jewelry School – GALERIILE VOICU

GALERIILE VOICU is committed to providing quality courses, taking into account the highest educational standards. Our rights and obligations are meant to ensure an excellent learning experience for each participant.

  • Modification of the educational program: If changes are necessary in the structure of the courses or in the dates of the course, GALERIILE VOICU will inform the participants at least 5 days before the start date of the course.
  • Change of trainers: If it is necessary to change the trainers or instructors of the course, they will be replaced by professionals with similar experience.
  • Educational materials: All the materials necessary for the courses will be provided by GALERIILE  VOICU, in order to ensure high quality training and technique.

GALERIILE VOICU assumes responsibility for the provision of services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which will be completed as the case may be, with contractual terms where the contract will be signed or/and with the special term and conditions of each course as detailed in the presentation of the courses on the website of our school.

If the participant does not fulfill the obligations assumed by this contract, GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to sanction and/or interrupt his/her participation in the courses, keeping the amount paid up to that moment as compensation, and notifying the participant about the applicability of the sanction.

In the event that the participant does not fulfill his/her payment obligations according to the provisions of the contract, GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to interrupt his/her participation in the courses, until the full payment of the outstanding amounts.


4. Course Registration and Payment Process

4.1. Contract value and costs of services

The total costs of the contracted services are calculated according to the tariff and the number of persons mentioned in the application form. The value of the course may be modified later by GALERIILE  VOICU, with the consent of the participants.

4.2. What is included and what is not included in course prices

The following are included in the prices of the courses:

  • Performances of trainers or lecturers.
  • Evaluation and issuance of participation certificates.

Not included in the price:

  • Work materials (e.g. tools, raw materials).
  • Additional fee for accredited courses that end with a graduation exam (200 RON), paid by the beneficiary before the exam. This fee includes the issuance of the graduation certificate.

4.3. . Enrollment in Courses

Registration for GALERIILE VOICU  courses is done by filling out an online form available on our website. Participants will provide accurate and complete information, including contact details, information about their level of knowledge and preferences for certain courses or specializations.

4.4. Confirmation and Payment of Courses

After completing the registration, participants will receive a confirmation by email, which will include details about the chosen course, its schedule. Payments for courses can be made through several methods, including:

  • Online payment by bank card: Secure and fast, offering immediate confirmation. After making the payment, the customer will receive the invoice at the indicated email address.
  • Payment by bank transfer: Details will be provided in a proforma invoice. The client will receive a proforma by email and will make the payment based on it.

All payments will be confirmed by invoice or receipt, sent to the customer’s email address. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the payment is made within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the proforma.


4.5. Failure to attend the course

In case of no-show to the course without prior notice, no amount of money is refunded. Participants are responsible for adhering to the course schedule and attending all scheduled sessions.

4.6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The participant, the natural person, has the right to renounce the provision of the contractual services within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of payment, but no later than 10 days before the start of the course (right of withdrawal). In this case, GALERIILE VOICU will refund 90%  of the amount paid, within 30 working days from the date of the withdrawal notification received from the participant, by email to the email address indicated below or registered at our headquarters, 10% being retained as the processing and reservation fee.

If the withdrawal deadline of 15 calendar days is exceeded, the participant will have the option to:

  • Postpone participation in the course for a future session;
  • Give up the class seat to another person;
  • Request to exchange the exchange rate for another of our equivalent rates in value.

In the event that the withdrawal is made after the expiry of the term of 15 calendar days (the allowed withdrawal period) or later than 10 days before the start of the course, the course fee will not be refunded, given that the amounts paid cover the organizational costs and the teachers’ fees.

Legal entities do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

If the participant is unable to continue or complete the training program due to force majeure, he/she will be obliged to bear only the expenses incurred by GALERIILE VOICU in connection with the execution of the contract, but not less than 10% of the total value of the contract.

In the event that the participant does not continue or does not complete the professional training program for reasons attributable to him, he will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. In this situation, GALERIILE VOICU will have the right to request the payment of the outstanding amounts by the participant, according to the contractual provisions.

In the cases mentioned above, the participant will not be able to request the continuation of the course in a period other than the one stipulated in the program of the chosen course. Thus, if the participant does not attend or stops attending the course, he will not have the possibility to resume the courses in a different period from the established one.

5. Special conditions for registration or participation

Some courses may have specific conditions for registration, participation or evaluation, which will be clearly indicated in the description of the respective course. Participants are obliged to carefully read the conditions in the course description as they are published online and comply with these conditions in order to benefit from the services offered. Also, participants can receive by email amendments and information regarding the details of the courses or changes that are brought to the course (for example regarding the structure of the course, the program, etc.). Participants are obliged to check their mailboxes carefully and to follow these information and comply with them.


6. Issuance of specialization certificates

For accredited courses, the School of Jewellery undertakes to issue the certificate of specialization within 14 days from the date on which it comes into possession of the form sent by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity and the Ministry of Education and Research.

The school bears no responsibility in relation to the term in which it comes into possession of the form.

The certificate is issued personally to the beneficiary on the basis of a valid identity document or to his representative on the basis of an authentic power of attorney.


7. Responsibilities of the participants

Responsibilities of Participants

By enrolling and participating in the courses organized by GALERIILE  VOICU, participants assume the following essential responsibilities:

7.1 Compliance with the Terms and Conditions

Participants undertake to read, understand and fully accept the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as any subsequent amendments thereto. They are responsible for complying with the established deadlines and obligations, including for the full payment of the course fees in compliance with the payment deadlines and for compliance with the schedule established by the GALERIILE  VOICU.

7.2 Accurate and Up-to-Date Information

Participants are obliged to provide correct and complete information in the registration process and to update their personal data, including contact details, in case they change during the course of the courses. GALERIILE VOICU will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the participants.

7.3 Compliance with the Course Schedule and Timetable

Participants are responsible for complying with the schedule and schedule established by GALERIILE VOICU for the courses they have enrolled in.

7.4 Ethical and Professional Conduct

Participants must adopt an ethical, respectful and professional behaviour throughout the course, both towards the trainers and towards the other participants. Any behaviour that may lead to the disruption of educational activity or that violates the rules of conduct of GALERIILE  VOICU may attract disciplinary measures, including suspension of participation in classes.

7.5 Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights

Participants undertake to respect all intellectual property rights of GALERIILE  VOICU and trainers, including, but not limited to, copyright on the educational materials provided, as well as on any innovations or creations derived from the activities carried out within the course. Participants will not copy, distribute or use without permission the copyrighted materials, including video content, images, educational techniques or documents, course materials. 

The jewels or trinkets resulting from the student’s activity become the property of the student, unless otherwise specified in the conditions or specifications made by GALERIILE VOICU, or to the extent that these works are not protected by copyrights belonging to third parties. 

Participants are not allowed to take photos or video or audio recordings of courses, spaces, trainees or classmates.

7.6 Payment of Course Fees

Participants have the obligation to pay the course fees in full according to the deadlines established in this contract. Failure to pay the fees in full within the established deadline may lead to the suspension or termination of the right to participate in the courses. In this case, GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to withhold the amounts already paid, according to the withdrawal and refund clauses stipulated in the Terms and Conditions presented.

7.7 Compliance with Safety and Health Rules

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable safety and health regulations within the courses, including the correct use of equipment and materials in the workshop, to be aware of the evacuation plan in case of fire or emergency situations that are displayed in the space. They are obliged to immediately inform the trainer or the representative of GALERIILE VOICU if they observe working conditions that pose risks to their health or safety.

7.8  Active Participation in Courses

Participants are expected to actively participate in the course sessions, to fulfill the tasks and themes set by the trainers and to contribute to the educational process, through their involvement in discussions and activities. GALERIILE VOICU may assess the progress of participants throughout the course and may require the completion of assessments or tests to ensure that appropriate training standards are achieved.

7.9 Assumption of Responsibility for Failure to Perform Obligations

In the event that the participant does not fulfill the responsibilities assumed by this Agreement, GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to apply corrective measures, including sanctions, and to interrupt his/her participation in the courses, without returning the amounts already paid. In this situation, the participant will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees and damages caused by the breach of obligations.

7.10 Disciplinary measures

In the event that a participant violates any rule or obligation stipulated herein, GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to take disciplinary action, which may include warnings, suspension of participation in courses or, in serious cases, exclusion from the course.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any dissatisfaction or complaint regarding the courses or the services offered can be addressed  to GALERIILE VOICU through the contact form on our website or by email. All complaints will be treated seriously and will be resolved within a reasonable time without exceeding a maximum of 30 working days.

If the resolution of the complaint is not satisfactory, the participants may appeal to the competent authorities or resort to the courts.


9. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

GALERIILE VOICU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect any changes in legal regulations or its educational activities. All changes will be published on our website and will be effective from the date of publication.


10. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for the failure to perform on time or the inadequate, partial or total, performance of its obligations, if such failure is caused by force majeure events.

12. The right to apply to the National Authority for Consumer Protection

In accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of consumer rights, the participant, as a natural person consumer, has the right to address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), if he/she considers that his/her rights have been violated by the GALERIILE VOICU in the context of the provision of educational services.

If the participant considers that the services offered by GALERIILE VOICU do not comply with the concluded contract or with the legislation in force, he/she has the possibility to file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection, which will examine the complaint and take the appropriate measures in accordance with its legal competences.


13. The participant’s statements:

By accepting these terms and conditions as a participant in our courses, you declare and confirm that you have been informed that during the course, the following risks and dangers may exist:

  • Working with fire – mini gas bottles, substances, or others.
  • Using sharp objects: needles, files, jigsaws, tin snips.
  • Using electrical equipment, such as: grinders, sanders, rolling mills, micromotors.
  • Other unforeseen dangers or risks not listed above that may arise.

By participating in the course, you consciously and voluntarily assume these risks and dangers, even if they result from the negligence of other individuals, taking full responsibility for your participation in activities related to the course.

By participating in the course, you consciously assume the possibility of injury or suffering: burns, punctures, scratches, cuts, as a result of proper or improper use by yourself or any other participant who does not follow safety rules. You acknowledge the possibility of injury/accident and burns, as well as any other danger resulting from activities conducted during the course.

By participating in the course, you agree to use the objects/equipment and the gas bottle in a manner that does not cause injury or burns to yourself or other participants in this activity. Any injury to any participant in the course or any other person present, due to non-compliance with the rules for using the equipment and objects involved in the course, will be exclusively attributed to the participant who failed to follow the equipment handling rules and this declaration.

By reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have been informed, understood, and agree to follow all instructions provided by GALERIILE VOICU staff.

By reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have been informed, understood, and agree that if you or anyone for whom you are responsible is injured during the course, you will release and exempt GALERIILE VOICU and its entire staff, collaborators, administrators, sponsors from any claim for compensation, complaint, criminal or civil complaint, costs (including legal fees), and you will protect them from liability for any risk and danger resulting from the use of the equipment/objects assigned to the participant by GALERIILE VOICU.


14. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY THE COURSE PARTICIPANT, according to Article 13 of the GDPR

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, we inform you that:

  1. ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., as the data controller, will collect from you, as a Participant-Beneficiary – Data Subject, through various methods, systems, or procedures, the categories of data specified in Article 3 below of this notice. No personal data has been collected to the extent that it does not exist or was not necessary. If in the future other categories or types of personal data that we need to collect will arise, you will be informed accordingly.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you confirm that: you have been informed and agree regarding the categories and types of personal data that have been and/or will be collected from you, specifically: name, surname, address, phone number, email address.

You understand and agree that ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. has the right to process the data identified above, with processing understood to include, but not limited to, collection, recording, storage of any kind, organization, combination, consultation, disclosure, provision, deletion or destruction, manually or through software programs;

The purpose of the processing is related to legal obligations regarding the maintenance of tax and accounting records, registration of participants, issuing participation certificates, cost calculation and accounting, preparation and distribution of tax, statistical and similar declarations to authorities, as well as in connection with access and security of systems, compliance with organizational, disciplinary, and confidentiality measures specific to the activity, and carrying out and fulfilling contractual obligations in relation to you;

You understand and agree that ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. may have access to any other personal data elements transmitted through and stored on systems, applications, and resources owned, used, and/or managed by ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.

Data recipients: The companies within the ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. group and authorities legally entitled to receive this information. By authorities, we also mean any professional bodies or associations of any kind.

The personal data collected from you will be processed (stored) for a period of 10 years, starting with the fiscal year following the year in which the data was collected.

In accordance with the GDPR Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Request access to or correction of your data;
  • Request the portability of your data in a standard format to a recipient of your choice;
  • Withdraw your consent for the personal data collected by ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. based on consent;
  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • If you do not agree with the collection of your personal data by ATELIERS VOICU INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. as outlined in the annex, please be informed that we will no longer be able to manage the cooperation with you.
  • You have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority ANSPDCP.
